This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Bundle Flow subscriptions, a product offered by YASS Technologies (“we”, “us”). It applies regardless of whether your subscription is billed through MercadoPago or through Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller for stores outside Argentina.
New stores get a 14-day free trial with no charge. You can explore the product and cancel before the trial ends without being billed. Charges only begin once you choose a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (typically monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (or our reseller Paddle, where applicable) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, including if you cancel, downgrade, or stop using the service partway through that period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active and billed features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for — we don’t prorate or refund the unused portion.
We will issue a refund when a charge was made in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a subscription was already cancelled, or a billing mistake attributable to us — or where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a withdrawal or refund right we cannot exclude.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not itself trigger a refund for the period already billed, per the policy above.
For stores billed through Paddle, Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for your purchase, and will process any refund we approve under this policy. You can also reach Paddle directly for help with a charge, referencing your order and Paddle’s own buyer terms.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your store name and the charge in question. We’ll review your request and get back to you within a reasonable time.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email; continued use of the service after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
