How do I connect my TiendaNube store?
During signup you authorize Bundle Flow through TiendaNube’s secure OAuth flow. After you approve access, your store links automatically so you can build bundles from your catalog.
How do I create a bundle?
In the dashboard, go to Bundles and create a new bundle by choosing the products to sell together. When you publish, the bundle appears as a product in your TiendaNube store.
What happens when a customer buys a bundle?
Orders work like any other product in your store. Bundle Flow keeps bundle availability aligned with component stock so you reduce the risk of overselling.

What is a Legacy Bundle?
You choose exactly which products make up the bundle, and the customer buys it as a whole with a discount. Ideal for gift sets or curated kits, like ‘Skincare kit: moisturizer + serum + sunscreen’. It’s the simplest bundle type and the only one that requires no extra configuration.
What are Combos?
The buyer freely picks N products from a catalog you define and gets a per-item discount on each selection. Perfect for letting customers build their own selection: ‘Pick any 6 wines’, ‘3 t-shirts for the price of 2’. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
What is a Kit?
A kit lets buyers build a set from products or store categories you choose. You compose sections: one section is a simple kit (e.g. ‘Pick any 3 skincare products’); two or more sections is a composite kit (e.g. ‘Pick 1 cleanser + 1 toner + 1 serum’). Add or remove sections while the kit is a draft or paused. Active kits stay read-only until you pause them.
What is By quantity?
Quantity-based promotions in two modes: BUY X GET Y (the customer buys a trigger quantity and receives a reward quantity free or discounted, e.g. ‘Buy 2 get 1 free’) and QUANTITY BREAK (tiered discounts based on how many units are purchased, e.g. ‘3 or more: 20% off’).
Can I add a second section to a simple kit?
Yes. While the kit is a draft or paused, add a section to turn a simple kit into a composite kit, or remove sections down to one. Discount mode stays locked after the first publish. Active kits must be paused before you edit sections.
What’s the difference between a simple kit and a composite kit?
A simple kit has one section: buyers pick from a single product list or category (e.g. “Pick 2–4 from this pool”). A composite kit has two or more titled sections, each with its own pool or category and pick limits (e.g. “Pick one blanket, one pacifier, one pants”). Kit min/max are the sum of the section limits. Both use the same discount modes and create one landing product + one promotion in Tiendanube.
